LIFTING HOOKS & FITTING

Heavy Duty steel forged hooks fitted with safety latch are designed in accordance with the IS 15560-2005 Standard and are built to withstand high shock loads with their ability to freely swivel and rotate. All suspension fitting is designed with smart look and suitable to sustain static factor of Safety.

LOAD CHAIN WHEELS

Steel casted, Precisely machined chain wheel to fix load chain pockets which ensures long life of chain and wheel and are tested to provide adequate strength. Our Modular chain wheels are provided with triple bearing Assembly.

GEARS

All Gears are Designed for proper strength and durability, Material selection as per IS 1875, All manufacturing processes of gears are done very precisely.All Gears and pinions are case hardened.

LOAD BRAKES

Provided with self- actuating Ratchet and Pawl type automatic mechanical load brakes which prevents self- lowering of the load and arrest and sustain load in all working positions. These are also designed for smooth lowering of the load without overheating. Double Pawl arrangement provides the most.

HAND CHAIN WHEEL

Large diameter of wheels gives smooth and effortless lifting, Idler wheels are designed and shaped as to avoid the twisting of chain.

BRAKE DISC

Asbestos free long lasting, Minimum wear & more griping ability.

LOAD CHAIN GUIDE

It ensures to facilitate smooth & twist free movement of load chain into chain wheel Pockets Provided with Double Chain Guide.

BEARINGS

High quality steel housing ball and needle bearings improves efficiency.
